Online self-service

At the gas and electricity self-service website manogile.lt you can declare the meter readings, review and pay bills (invoices). You will also find accurate information about the rates that apply to you, plus your consumption history. You can use the Manogile.lt app on your smart phone (AndroidiOS).

If you do not have the gas connection yet, you can submit an application at the manogile.lt website.

Telephone

Call the gas and electricity consumers hotline on 1802 to get up-to-date information about gas prices and payment methods, balances owing, and questions about making a contract.

You can also declare meter readings by telephone, you can order a print-out of your payment record (which you will need to provide to a notary if you sell the apartment/house), you can update your contact details or you can consult on other issues of concern to you in regard to gas and electricity consumption.

E-mail/web

E-mail queries may be sent 24/7 to info@ldtiekimas.lt or by completing a contact form on the website. You can find out about gas prices, get advise on concluding or revising contracts, find out the most convenient payment options, find out your payments balance, declare your meter readings, order a print-out of your payment record (which you will need to provide to a notary if you sell the apartment/house), update your contact details or get other associated topical information. If you want to make a contract without leaving home, you can submit all the necessary documentation by e-mail.

Customer Service Centres

Our customers are serviced at the Gilė gas and electricity consumer service centres. There you can arrange all your affairs in relation to gas and electricity consumption: you can complete applications, sign contracts, consult, get information that you require. The Gilė service centres are located in 9 cities of Lithuania, in the former LESTO consumer service centers.
